Sydney Sports & Exercise Physiology is located within some of the most prestigious sports medicine clinics in Sydney and we pride ourselves on being the highest standard for Exercise Physiology and Sports Science.

We expect nothing less from our placement applicants.

We require the following in your application letter:

  The proposed dates of your placement
  Why you wish to complete placement with Sydney Sports & Exercise Physiology
  Areas of interest and future pursuits
  What sets you apart from other applicants

Successful applicants will meet one of our Directors for a brief interview and exam.

What is expected of the successful applicants?

  You arrive on time and dressed appropriately, collared shirt and neat, clean pants
  Successful applicants are expected to have readings completed and notes taken whilst with your supervisor
  Complete all tasks required of a private exercise physiologist/scientist including research, data entry, presentations and reviews’ of literature.
  Bring appropriate reading/research tasks in the case your supervisor or patient may not want you to observe.
  Become involved, show initiative, and provide appropriately timed input as often as you can. This is a great time to make an impression for future opportunities.

What does a student gain out of doing placement with Sydney Sports & Exercise Physiology:
